Reflecting on RLO1, I must say, it was a roller coaster of emotions. The underlying sadness of wishing Reggie could’ve been there, (and then they ambushed me with the empty wagon memorial 😭). The thrill of seeing our Juniors absolutely nail it in a brand new division we created just for them,(my personal proudest moment)👊🏼! The anxiety that got the best of me at times, a lot. The humility of realizing just how much we weren’t prepared for, and having so many friends who stepped up without even being asked to make it flow seamlessly. The fear of watching the wrecks and imagining the worst while praying for the best. The regret of letting some of that fear turn to anger. Appropriate anger, but inappropriately displayed, and for that I apologize to anyone who witnessed it.
This first race took a lot out of all those involved, but we learned a lot. It was so worth it , and we can’t wait to do it again next year with all of you, so mark your calendars now for RLO2! July 29-August 2, 2026! God bless. We love and appreciate you all!

Uncle Jerry, aunt Peggy, and cousin Phil. All thrilled to see life being breathed back into the land they grew up working. At least 6 generations of Littles have lived, died, bled, sweated and cried on this land. It is sometimes an overwhelming responsibility to steward this property, but always an honor and a privilege. Thankful to be raising my children on this ground…
