Someone actually called my shop yesterday not to buy from me but specifically to ask me what makes my shop so special and why I am more expensive than a local florist?

It was really odd to have this happen but I told him to look at my reviews online and you can see the difference between a florist who contracts with a floral wire service and an independent florist (like me!) who has the freedom to create unique arrangements with premium flowers and NOT have someone dictate generic designs and prices.

(I scurried the man off the phone because I didn't want to waste my time with someone that I knew wanted something cheap and wasn't going to order from me anyway!)

Folks the saying still rings true...

You get what you pay for...if you pay a cheap price, you get cheap. When you pay a premium price, you get premium. It's just that simple!
