So incredibly proud!! Today Cohl graduated with his associates of applied science in Digital Cinematography from Full Sail University! Not only did he earn three course director awards but also was the course VALEDICTORIAN!! On top of that- early into the program he was asked to be a student mentor to help guide and encourage his peers. I have always described Cohl as the type to "not be okay with just being okay at something" which still absolutely rings true. Everything this guy does, he pours his heart and soul into and he is one of the most humble, talented, driven, creative and all around wonderful people I know. He is in the Bachelor program so he still has another year of school ahead but I know he is going to continue to do great things. Please join me in congratulating this incredible guy for his outstanding achievements! ❤️

Sure, photos can capture the details of the day, but there is sooo much that a still image lacks. Imagine forgetting all the little moments like how your dad whispered "I love you" while he is walking you down the aisle, seeing that dip you practiced 1000 times for your first dance, the speech your best friend since elementary school gave or the laughter and chatter of all your guests throughout the day. These are all some of the many reasons we believe hiring a videographer on your wedding day is SO important! Think of all the generations to come who you'll want to really relive the day with. Yes the photos are important - OF COURSE but we believe video is just as, if not more important, in preserving all the fleeting moments of your wedding day. There is so much you're going to miss on your day because you'll be busy doing other things-trust us to capture all those little things in motion.

Since they started demolishing the House of Ludington this week after the devastating fire, I've been reminiscing on the wedding I had the opportunity to document there a few years ago. Eric and Olivia were so excited and proud to have been able to celebrate their wedding there. Especially since it was during the tail end of the pandemic when so many things were already up in the air and many venues remained closed.

It's heartbreaking to see such an important and historic building disappear from our tiny town. Imagine how many life long memories were made there, how many first dates and proposals.

The building may be gone, but all of those awesome moments are still in our hearts!

We met David and Sophia for what was supposed to be a "super quick save-the-date session" but we had way too much fun with them and ended up with a gallery of 100+ photos. We can't wait for their actual engagement session this summer and are thrilled to get to document their wedding at the end of the year!!

We ended our 2025 wedding season with W***y and Zoey at a venue we had never been to before and were so excited to check out! It felt extra special getting to work with their family again after capturing Zoey’s older brother’s wedding just a month and a half earlier, so we were greeted by plenty of familiar faces right from the start. The day was relaxed, joyful, and such a fun way to wrap up our year, full of meaningful moments, great energy, and a couple we absolutely loved celebrating.

We usually spend Halloween soaking up every second with our kids, but when Jordan and Nicole’s photographer had to cancel just a couple weeks before their wedding, we knew we had to be there and we’re so glad we were. Their day took place at the Four Seasons Resort in Pembine, Wisconsin, known as one of the most haunted buildings in Northern Wisconsin. Legend says Al Capone once slept in the very room where they exchanged vows, and it’s also rumored to be the most haunted room on the property after a widowed bride-to-be tragically threw herself from the front porch. It set the perfect tone for Nicole’s love of all things Halloween and the overall vibe of the day.
The sky was gloomy and damp, but Jordan and Nicole brought the party from start to finish. This was a photo-only wedding for us, with Cohl stepping in as second shooter, and we had an absolute blast capturing every detail. From caramel and candied apples to her bat-winged shawl and giant LEGO head accessories, their day was unapologetically them and we loved every single minute of it.

The most perfect autumn wedding with one of the sweetest couples. When we first met Tommy and Jaidan, we know their wedding day would be an emotional one. From private vows, Jaidan’s first look with her dad, Tommy's reaction seeing her walk down the aisle and the maid of honor’s speech to her big sister- there were A LOT of happy tears. During the reception, Jaidan surprised everyone with a late-night outfit change into a shorter dress made from her grandmother’s wedding gown, and the dance floor stayed packed the rest of the night. A truly fun, heartfelt day from beginning to end.
