I turned 51 in March. I am perimenopausal. I'm a mom of 4 very busy, active, constantly doing & going kids. I work multiple jobs. I'm noticing everything changing in me. My hair, my skin, my body, my energy, my attitude! Everything! I am adamant about finally taking care of myself. I've always taken care of everyone else much to the neglegence of myself.
