You know me…always “playing” in the flowers. Lately I have been exploring and experimenting with new design concepts. Of recent, Ikebana. This is an ancient Japanese floral art. Very, very different from my “wild” and “unruly” designs. I am still learning, I would love your feedback!

This is what a nature positive approach to farming looks like. A gentle approach that works alongside nature verses against it. Does this mean that we at Windy Hill lose tons of flowers to insects and mold and bacteria…yes. Absolutely, yes. Gentle farming is costly in that way. However Windy Hill feels that what is more costly is harming our local ecosystem. When you choose Windy Hill Wildflowers over store bought flowers you are receiving flowers that have literally been kissed by nature.
