Spring is here and events keep coming. Had the privilege of providing TCU Baseball team lunch and dinner on Friday while they were in Lawrence playing KU. Served Italian pre-game and Taco Bar post game both went over great and would love to do the same for anyone needing some variety and options. We have some great new menus and the classics. Hey wanted to take a moment to extend a big thanks to Troyer's Barn and all those attending today. Vic's team had a really enjoyable time, with a lot of very positive interactions with those attending. We are more excited than ever to embrace this new year and look forward to providing some great cuisine and memorable gatherings. Thank you so much everyone.

Hey- hope everyone’s year is starting out well! We wanted to give an update that we have new Taco Bar, Sandwich, Slider, and Appetizer menus for everyone to check out. We are excited to go to Troyer's Prairie Gold, Inc. for their Bridal Show next Sunday and serve up some BBQ with Mac n Chz. Please stop by and check it out!

Greetings everyone. Hope all had a great holiday season to exit 2023. Vic's is now going into it's second full year of catering and couldn't be more excited. We have had great customer interactions and positive feedback so 2024 is time to find another gear. We have some exciting new menu's to launch and new venue's to provide catering services for. Please keep checking back in to see some of the latest events transpiring. Here is a little peek of how we ended 2023 with a 250 person BBQ wedding buffet as well a 50 person rehearsal dinner the night prior.
