Our instructor Sancho is getting under the hood of country swing basics to fine-tune your technique, smooth out your moves, and get your dance running on all cylinders. 🔥

The little things make a BIG difference in country swing. Besides - just like your vehicle, every good dancer needs a little maintenance now and then! 🤠🧑‍🔧

LEVEL UP: Lifts Workshop 🚀

Level 1 → Level 2 → Level 3 → SKY HIGH!

Ready to take your dancing off the ground?

This progressive Lifts Workshop starts low, safe, and approachable—and builds higher and higher as we develop technique, trust, timing, and confidence!

🔥 LEVEL 1 — Get Off the Ground
Start at hip level and learn the foundations: positioning, connection, timing, communication, and safe lifting technique.

🔥 LEVEL 2 — Level Up
Add height, movement, and more dynamic entrances and exits while keeping control and technique at the center.

🔥 LEVEL 3 — Go Big
Put those fundamentals to work with bigger, more impressive lifts and combinations.

🚀 SKY HIGH — Overhead A-Frame!
For dancers who are ready, we’ll work our way toward the ultimate goal of the workshop: a full overhead A-frame lift!

You do not need to walk in ready to throw someone over your head. 😂 The entire workshop is designed to build progressively, giving you the tools and confidence to advance at the level that’s right for you.

💃🏼No partner needed!

Whether you’re looking to add some WOW to your social dancing, performances, competitions, or just want to learn something ridiculously fun—this is your chance to LEVEL UP!
