As we’ve seen the world hurt throughout the years with the wrongful murder of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and countless black individuals , we’ve only seen a small wound that the black community has felt throughout the history of this country. Refusing to acknowledge the struggle, hurt, and torment the black community has and continue to face only worsens ignorance. Creating positive change through solidarity and action embraces harmony.
Not only must we do it during Black History Month, but everyday. We must continue to support our black friends and family, support black businesses, leaders, entertainers, educate ourselves, have conversations about social justice but more importantly- take action on those conversations moving forward.

Being rehearsal ready all around makes the flow of any event seamless. Just like rehearing a speech, rehearsing lighting cues and transitions is just as important. Making sure you have the right staff is also important to making sure you have all points of the event worked, from providing the best audio to having support behind the scenes.

We use the example - cameras on a football game, audience in-person in the stadium, and the show hosts that talk at half time.
