Meet Hunter and Weston — the real stars of the show.
While the food may get the spotlight, these two are the ones behind the scenes making Black Bark Catering run. They love being part of every event, especially helping tear down, clean up, and do whatever needs to be done once the crowd clears.

And if there’s even the smallest chance to talk about our family business, Hunter is ready — passing out business cards and proudly telling anyone who will listen about Black Bark Catering.

Their excitement, hard work, and pride in what we’re building remind us that this business is about so much more than food. It’s about family, teamwork, and raising kids who love being part of something bigger than themselves. 🖤🔥

🎄✨ Christmas Eve Grab-and-Go Dinners Are Out the Door! ✨🎄

We sent out our grab-and-go orders for Christmas Eve dinners today, and our kitchens were full of all the good stuff.

Even better — our lucky giveaway winner from earlier this year got to enjoy theirs tonight too! 🙌

They got to dig into both of our slow-cooked smoked meats, warm fresh-baked rolls, sweet & spicy beans, and our creamy mac & cheese — the ultimate comfort meal to kick off Christmas.

We were honored to cater an office holiday party today, and the results were fabulous from start to finish! 🎉
We served up a spread of pulled pork, creamy homemade mac & cheese, a crisp dinner salad, and warm rolls—and the feedback was amazing. The staff even brought their own desserts, and everything came together beautifully. The whole setup looked fabulous and the customers were thrilled!
