At what point does a sausage dog become a sandwich? 🤔😋

Started with Philly Cheesesteak Smoked Sausage, scored it up with the new Sausage Cutter, then sent it to the pellet grill.

While that was smoking, I hit peppers and onions on the griddle with a little Blackstone Lemon Pepper seasoning. Once that was done I added some shredded cheese and allowed it to melt before assembling this beast!

Loaded it all onto a jumbo bun and finished it with a drizzle of hot honey.

Sweet. Smoky. Savory. Just enough heat.

Yeah... this one didn't stand a chance. 👊🏻🔥🌭

burrito tortillas + a crispy crunch layer with fried street tacos + chicken fajitas on the = one seriously good dinner.

The best part? It's easy enough for a weeknight meal and good enough to have everyone asking for seconds.

Sometimes the best cooks aren't for content... they're just for the people around your table. 👊🏻🔥

Just good food, a little smoke, and the backyard doing its thing. 🔥

Tonight's lineup: 🥩 Brisket Burnt Ends Smoked Sausage 🥦 Fresh broccoli 🥕 Carrots 🟡 Yellow squash from our garden 🌽 Corn

Chop up the sausage and veggies, toss in some oil, finish with a little Honey Garlic and then let the Pellet Grill handle the rest.

Simple. Flavorful. Family dinner.

People say the 90s were the good old days.

Maybe they were.

But when I think back, it wasn't the decade I loved.

It was riding bikes until the streetlights came on. Swimming until our fingers wrinkled. Running around with friends all day and eating whatever was cooking outside.

The best part wasn't the memories we made...

It's getting to watch our kids make their own.

Maybe the good old days aren't behind us after all. ☀️🚲🌊🍔
