I’ve had two parties cancel last-minute due to weather, and I need to be honest — it stings.
Every client receives an agreement clearly stating that a backup indoor location is required for all bookings. This isn’t just a policy — it’s protection for you, my team, and the small business I pour my heart into.
Last-minute cancellations don’t just impact me financially — they affect my staff, the time and money we’ve already invested, and truthfully… it hurts my feelings. I care deeply about every event, and I want to show up for your little ones the way they deserve.
