Le Fleur in Ballroom Certified, experienced, Ballroom Dance Instructors with a passion for sharing their love to dance! How do we accomplish the goals of our mission statement?

(1) To enrich the lives of our students and the community through dance, fitness, & nutrition. (2) To provide excellence in dance instruction to students of all ages and abilities in a warm, encouraging environment. (3) To make a healthy lifestyle fun & easy through enjoyable exercise programs and enjoyable meal planning. First we treat every student as an individual & plan out c

ustomized programs for them. Combining dance, fitness, nutrition and the support of an entire dance community! These programs are centered around dancing, which is not only fun, but one of the healthiest activities an individual can do. The benefits of dancing include increased muscle tone, fat burning, increased cognitive (brain) function, better posture, better flexibility, improved blood flow, emotional outlet, creative outlet, socializing, sense of accomplishment, increased self confidence, etc... The list goes on and on! It is a healthy habit you'll look forward to. We offer a variety of dance classes including Ballroom, Latin, Social, Country, Street/Club and Stage Dances. Choose from combinations of Private Lessons, Group Classes, Practice Parties and Workshops. We have special programs for those preparing for special events like weddings and sweet-sixteens as well as a program just for kids! Lots of extra curricular options like Showcases, Field Trips and Competitions. Our staff is experienced, certified, seasoned professionals that have the tools to teach you efficiently. We can make learning easier, ensure you get it right the first time, and in the fastest time possible utilizing our proven syllabus and class structures. In addition to traditional dance classes, we have a dedicated dance-centric fitness program with great classes like La Blast, Zumba, etc... To fill in the gaps of your healthy dance life style, we offer personal training to target any weak or problem areas you have for a well balanced body. No healthy life style would be complete without a nutrition plan! We will help you prepare delicious and nutritious meal plans to give you the energy you need to enjoy your favorite dance classes. This is how we make dance a part of a healthy life style that will not only enrich your life, but make you healthier and happier for doing so. We aim to to not only enrich our students lives through dance, but also the community. Join our charitable traveling dance troupe, the Dance Angels and perform at volunteer functions like fundraisers or visiting places in need of cheer like assisted living facilities. The Floor offers internships and professional training opportunities, as well as partakes in side projects to make dance more accessible for youth and senior dancers.
