Smoked black truffle buffalo wings. Seasoned with your favorite seasoning for wings tossed in TRUFF Buffalo sauce and then topped off with a light dusting of Jdqbbq spicy. Set your smoker to 400 degrees. Cook for 30 minutes, flip them, and cook till the wings get to 204 degrees. You will have crispy skin and juicy tender meat on the inside. It’s a quick and easy meal that will be a hit at your next house party or game day.

Tonight I tried my hand at my own version of a pork tenderloin sandwich. Seasoned with Jdqbbq spicy and original and sauced with Cackalacky original. Add American cheese and sautéed onions on a garlic spread ciabatta bun and you got a tender sandwich that has a sweet/heat flavor kick to it.
