Our favorite outdoor wedding accessory is live trees and plants. Adding them to a tent entrance or even inside makes the temporary structure feel just a little more permanent and intentional. You can never have too much green!

Time flies when you’re doing what you love, and we can’t believe it’s already been a whole year since Gabi joined our team! From the very start, she’s brought so much passion, care, and joy to every wedding she touches. 💕

After planning her own wedding in 2023, Gabi knew she had found her calling. With a background in venue management and a heart for serving couples, she leads our Coordination & Event Management weddings with the perfect balance of calm and excitement. Her favorite part of the big day? Witnessing all the love poured into each couple—it’s what makes this job so special!

When she’s not making wedding magic happen, you’ll find her:

Laura and John’s day incorporated several personal touches of Nashville! They started off the day taking photos at Belle Meade Historic, right around the corner from Laura’s childhood home and ended the evening at TN State Museum. The reception florals included magnolia leaves which were also reminiscent of the trees found around her historic home.
