Hand piped florals are truly one of my new favorite things to do. This cake was from a while back. My lighting wasn't great for the photos. It was a tigers inspired cake. There is no yellow on it. That is a lighter orange. I do love how it turned out though!

Some beautiful floral cupcakes from a while ago! These are one of my favorite things to do. They're time consuming, but I truly enjoy the outcome when they're done. They're a little piece of art. I'm excited to share that we will be bringing you videos of behind the scenes of buttercream florals very soon! These took me 7 years to figure out, and I continue to to work at improving my skills.

Just to be clear, I can see red flags.

I know when the scammers pop up. I can tell when a page is brand new. I can see when you've changed your stolen profile photos 20 times in the same day. I can see if you're not local (and I ALWAYS check). I can pick out broken english. When I say no, it means no. It doesn't mean keep trying. No, I'm not going to ship my cakes, or teach "paid" baking lessons online. I don't care how much it is supposedly needed...

Unfortunately, this is the reality of this business. Weeding out the good from the bad. Learning not to get scammed.

If I can't view your profile or if it's very limited and I can't determine you're in my area, I will simply ask, but if I don't get a response to that, I will not proceed.

I'm also very careful about forms of payment. I only accept two forms and most payment is made in person.
