Before we jump into a new year, I just want to thank you all for such incredible support this year. I met some absolutely phenomenal people in my journey, and I feel so fortunate to have been a part of so many celebrations this year.
I have struggled to keep up with social media a little bit. I'm just a one woman show, so I had to prioritize. I'm only behind about 25 posts. It's all good.😆
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and I hope 2026 treats you all well. Can't wait to see what the coming year brings! For all of the newly (or almost😉) engaged, don't wait to get on my schedule! It will likely be filling up fast this coming year.
We are working on a new space to dedicate to just baking which may take a while, but the plan is to be a little more efficient and still be able to give you the quality you're used to without feeling like I've been hit by a train at the end of the day. The goal, the resolution, is to do more of what I love this year, and I hope you all do that and more too!

Obsessed is an understatement. I truly can't describe how much I love this cake. Let me just say how cool it is to be trusted with this little secret. Gender reveal cakes are amongst some of my favorites to make. My customer messaged me with this last minute request to make a gender reveal cake so she could share a special moment with her family. She didn't really have a design in mind and told me to do what I wanted, adding that if I only had time to make a simple white cake, that would be fine. When I hear the words "do what you want," I can assure you won't get a plain white cake. Some bakers might see it as easy money, but not me. I like to work harder, not smarter. 😂You'll get something I've been waiting to do for a long time, and it won't be basic because that's not how my brain works. Here she is.

When your sweet baby (who isn't really a baby anymore) wants a German chocolate cake for her birthday, you give her chocolate cake! We had to keep it simple for this one because this mama was out getting that forced overtime, but it still turned out so cute, and so delicious! The apple doesn't fall far from the tree when it comes to picking flavors.
