To make the icy hand, take a rubber glove, fill with water or juice, tie it up at the top and freeze for 3 hours or more.
Take out of glove and put in punch bowl!

HAPPY APRIL!!

Here is a LOVELY and FRESH Cocktail you want to give a try!!

**Robin Redbreast**

Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces Absolut vodka
1/2 ounce triple sec
1 ounce blood orange juice, freshly squeezed (or blood orange puree)
1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed

Garnish: edible orchid
Garnish: orange twist

Put main ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Serve in a glass and garnish! ENJOY!! Have a GREAT Spring!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!

Give this Delightful Cocktail a try with your lover tonight!!

Ingredients
One lime – sliced into wedges
15ml of sugar syrup
4 blackberries
50ml of vodka
Crushed ice

Method
Slice lime into wedges and add to a tumbler. Add the sugar syrup and muddle. Next, add the blackberries and muddle. Add the vodka, stir well. Top with crushed ice and garnish with blackberries.
