Double Wedding Day weekend! Let’s get the product and equipment On Deck and HIT THE ROAD! Wheels Up 🗣️

09/28/2026

Just finished up the 2nd Annual Wild Weddings Expo, and here’s a little preview!

Huge shoutout to April Lynn Prentice for putting so much work into bringing the event together, and to Old Bison Ranch for hosting us at such a beautiful venue!

And shoutout to our hero of our event prep - Custom Printing and Engraving for the custom signage in a pinch!

We met some seriously awesome vendors today too. Definitely more to come from this one.

Let us handle it.

When RuckSauces asked us to help work some hot sauce into a margarita for this weekend’s Margarita Festival, it didn’t take much convincing. We’re always down for a margarita. 😂

So we hopped in the BarStall, got in the lab, and started playing with heat, citrus, sweetness, and balance until we found the move.

Hot sauce in a margarita? Sometimes you just gotta drop it like it’s hot. 🌶️🍹

Good people. Good products. Good drinks. This is our kind of collab.

Go kill it this weekend, Ruck Sauces!

Pool party? Say less.

Yesterday we pulled up to The Fairmount at Oak Lawn , got the bar set, started slinging drinks, and let the party do the rest.

Good drinks. Good people. Good vibes.

Party -> Handled.

Yesterday was a busy one.

Venue visit at Old Bison Ranch for the upcoming Wild Weddings Expo. Venue tour, vendor collabs, and an impromptu promo shoot because apparently acting is part of the job now.

Then off to ParadiseCove at LakeGrapevine in Grapevine for a final walkthrough with our clients to lock in the details.

Menu planning. Coordination calls. Site visits. Final details. All in one day.

Tuesday was busy. Productive. And definitely not for the weak.

But that’s kind of our thing.

We HANDLED it.

Let us handle it - for you!

You see the party. We see the operation. 🥂

Today we got to show our ABGA Arlington Business Growth Alliance crew a little more of who On Deck Events is, what we do, and what actually happens behind the scenes.

Then we took it outside. 👀

A surprise BarStall reveal, good drinks, snacks, and some pretty badass collaboration with fellow ABGA members made for one hell of a Friday morning.

Let us handle it.

Caipirinhas, great food, boots, guitars, and a whole lot of good energy under the Texas night sky 🍋🤠🇧🇷

Such a fun São João Festival celebration with the best Brazilian-western vibe. The food was incredible, the drinks were flowing, and the energy was just right all night long. Huge thank you to Julia and Ryan for letting On Deck Events take care of the bar.

This weekend at On The Levee (Dallas) was a whole vibe, and this team kept it smooth from setup to breakdown.
