Dear Friends and Clients of The Gathering Place,
I want to take a moment to sincerely thank each of you for the incredible support you have shown The Gathering Place. When we first started this journey, I never imagined it would grow the way it has. Your trust, encouragement, and willingness to share our venue with your special moments has meant more to me than words can express.
From the beginning, my goal has always been to keep The Gathering Place an affordable and welcoming option for our clients. It has been such a joy to see so many celebrations, weddings, and gatherings take place here.
As we have continued to grow busier, I’ve realized that keeping up with the increasing number of calls and inquiries has become challenging for me to manage on my own. In order to continue providing the level of customer service that you deserve, I will be bringing someone on to help respond to calls and assist our clients.
Because of this additional cost to our business, we will be implementing a small price increase beginning July 1. Any rentals that are booked prior to July 1 will be locked in at our current pricing.
I also want to sincerely apologize if I have fallen short at times in responding as quickly as I would like. Like many of you, I have quite a few irons in the fire, and I have been praying and asking the Lord to guide me in ways to simplify and improve things moving forward.
Please know how much I truly appreciate each and every one of you. Your support means the world to me, and I look forward to continuing to work with you and being a small part of your special events for many years to come.
