Contrary to popular belief LADIES, JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A SURVIVAL TYPE OF MINDSET DOESN'T MEAN THAT YOU DON'T SUFFER FROM BAD MENTAL HEALTH. I am a lady who thinks these things from time to time. We have to find ways to identify the mental issues and treat them. Along with a healthy diet, here are 6 things to demonstrate often:

•Get at least 15 minutes of sunshine per day, which is shown to boost vitamin D and elevate your mood.

•Spend half an hour in nature whenever you can. Whether on a park trail, a riverway or the beach, nature boosts well-being.

•Take a short trip, exploring what’s in your local area. Experiencing a change of scenery can definitely increase mental calmness.

•Unplug from devices. Turning off and/or leaving behind your smartphone, tablet and laptop halts the constant flow and interruption of messages, and can bring relaxation and real-life reconnection.

•Practice forgiveness. Those who do forgive others — or even themselves — report better mental health and life satisfaction.

•Especially during this time of despair and human separation, be sure to reach out to friends and family members, stay connected, share laughs and create new memories.

Good Morning MACHINES! This week, I want to focus on the LADIES and Moon Phase consumption. Fellas, YOU ARE NOT EXEMPT, especially if you have a significant other or daughter's.

Good mental health is essential to overall well-being. Many mental health conditions, such as depression and bipolar disorder, affect MORE WOMEN  than men or affect women in different ways from men. Most serious mental health conditions cannot be cured. But they can be treated, so you can get better and live well.

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

To boost your mental health, focus on eating plenty of fruits and vegetables along with foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon. Dark green leafy vegetables in particular are brain protective. Nuts, seeds and legumes, such as beans and lentils, are also excellent brain foods.

Good Morning MACHINES! This week, I want to focus on the LADIES and Moon Phase consumption. Fellas, YOU ARE NOT EXEMPT, especially if you have a significant other or daughter's.

The color of a woman’s period blood can relay vital health information. During menstruation, the body sheds tissue and blood from the uterus through the va**na. This bloody discharge can vary from bright red to dark brown or black depending on how old it is.

Blood that stays in the uterus long enough will react with oxygen (oxidize). Blood that has had time to oxidize appears darker.

Hormonal changes and health conditions can also affect the color and texture of period blood.
For example, orange or grey blood can sometimes indicate a va**nal infection.

Good Morning MACHINES! This week, I want to focus on the LADIES and Moon Phase consumption. Fellas, YOU ARE NOT EXEMPT, especially if you have a significant other or daughter's.

It's well known that the moon effects the earth's oceans and rivers with its gravitational pull. It is less known that the moon also affects the water contained in the human body. Moon eating takes many of the tenets of clean living (eating organic, unprocessed foods that are locally grown or foraged, reviving ancient grains, etc) and adds a layer of timing based on the phases of the moon. The idea is, you eat certain foods at certain times—acknowledging something that the centuries-old civilizations recognized, which is that the human body and our behavior operate on roughly monthly loops like the menstrual cycle.

 Specific cycles of planting and harvesting will provide the best, most nutritious produce. The goal is to be healthier, feel better, and be able to prepare physically for regular changes in the environment around you.
