Sometimes you need to play up the notes of the coffee you are drinking.

Recently we put together a little coffee tasting event and to get our patrons tastebuds ready we grabbed the ingredients of the notes in said coffee and plated them together.

This particular coffee had notes of marshmallow, dark chocolate, and dried apples.
