I have decided to use this page to document my own journey of trying to stay fit while also being surrounded by baked goods all day. It’s a way to hold myself accountable and maybe some encouragement and motivation. Maybe I’ll encourage a few people along the way. Who knows. Felt like haulin sass was still a good name bc frankly that’s what I’m ALWAYS doing.

Well...we are at a stand still working our camper. For some reason my husband doesn't think it's fun working in below freezing temps. 😋

So here's the story. I wanted a food truck. My husband is super frugal and we are always suckers for a good project so we sold a bunch of junk in our basement and bought this trailer for $300. The weather has been amazing so we have been able to get a lot done. The inside is all reframed and she is now officially waterproof!! Yay!! Next she will be getting a new floor! Here are some of the before pics.
