We are at the YLNI Farmers Market from 9a to 1p in downtown Fort Wayne.

Tomato start special: $3.00 each!

We have assorted sweet and hot peppers, squash, and cucumber starts.

Snapped pics of two different kinds of bees and a moth feasting on the sage today. Yes, this is the common sage used in culinary preparations! Last years’s marshmallow (in the last pic) is also getting so big. It’s almost up to my shoulder! It’s bigger than I thought it would be.

Both plants will be available at the YLNI Farmers Market tomorrow between 9a and 1p. ☺️☺️🌱🌱🪴

It’s a baby mantis!! 💗💗 There’s a huge debate about invasive vs non-invasive and are invasive still potentially beneficial. I had plenty of bees and butterflies last year who didn’t SEEM to be eaten by invasive mantises, so I’m hope hope hoping this is beneficial! Have no idea how to tell them apart as babies and I am really just learning about the differences.
