BIG shout out to Armstrong Floral! I called at 8 am Saturday and you delivered this before noon!
I want to express my great appreciation and heart felt thanks to all of you at Armstrong Flowers. We are living in a time of day to day changes and unknown outcomes, which added to a death of a parent, is traumatic to say the least. How can you have a coffin with no flowers? We were already limited to 7 guests at the funeral, 2 cars plus the hearse in the processional to the cemetery, and I had to be one of the pallbearers for my dad. My call to Armstrong was met with a caring response of sincerity and help. With only a few hours notice, I was able to pickup the most beautiful coffin saddle I could imagine. You have been a blessing in my time of darkness and I truly thank you.
So my dad didnt want to complain but my dad got my mom these flowers and even paid for the premium for their 18 year anniversary. They came looking like this. He spent alot of money for them to come looking crappy. He tried really hard to find her something nice and he paid too much for them to come like this. They are welted and brown. The petals are about to come off the Rose's. Its didnt even come full like the picture. We will not be ordering from here again. They weren't even my flowers and I saw them and was very upset he paid so much for such low quality flowers. I think this should be made right but unfortunately I could not call because they are closed.
You provided flowers for a small wedding recently and we received many complements about how beautiful they were.Thanks a lot for your good work!
You never let me down. It was absolutely perfect. Nice job Armstrong’s crew. ❤️
