As we wrap up another beautiful year of weddings and celebrations, our hearts are truly full. From intimate moments to unforgettable wedding days, it has been an honor to support so many love stories and meaningful milestones.

We loved celebrating with Maci and Charlie 🤍
A December wedding day full of intention, joy, and genuine connection.

There were so many moments that made this day special. Private vows shared before the ceremony. A joyful bubble send off to close the night. Drone footage capturing the beauty of Hummingbird Hill Farms and the energy throughout the day. And a photography and video team who thoughtfully honored the couple’s choice to skip a first look while still capturing meaningful, authentic moments of each of them.

We always love supporting couples through thoughtful design and coordination alongside vendors who bring professionalism, flexibility, and heart. From timeline shifts handled with ease to an incredible meal with a special nod to the couple’s love story, this day was a reminder of what intentional planning and true collaboration can create.

Most of all, the joy shared by Maci and Charlie’s family and wedding party filled every moment. We are so grateful to have been part of it.

Not all vendors are created equal. 😬
Here are a few red flags we’ve learned to spot from a mile away:

🚩 No contract or vague language
🚩 Slow to respond or unclear on details
🚩 Overpromising with no receipts (literally or figuratively)
🚩 Can’t answer timeline or logistics questions
🚩 Won’t collaborate with your coordinator (👀 major yikes)
