They say the best sauce is hunger. But we say the best sauces are the ones made by Belt Buckle Catering.
Every event we cater always comes with two sauces made specifically for the food being served, usually one spicy and one mild.
Saturday evening we got to celebrate a young gentleman's third trip around the sun with an eclectic menu. He loves playing hard, eating cake & ice cream, and monster trucks!
Half the fun for us was coming up with two sauces that go with meatballs, club sandwiches, cheeseburger, ham & cheese, AND cheese toasty sliders!

I am the kitchen manager at a drug and alcohol treatment facility. Almost eight years ago, I was a residential client at that same facility, and now I get to cook for those who are exactly where I once was. This is my career, and I love it.

Food has always been my one constant. I have a long history in—and a particular passion for—catering, as well as the opportunities it offers to be part of life’s big moments. That’s why my wife and I are starting Belt Buckle Catering.
