I had the greatest opportunity yesterday to cook for a precious family of 17 on a house boat in the middle of Lake Hamilton! Totally new experience for me, but hopefully not the last! Of course I didn’t get pictures like I should, sometimes it’s just not sanitary to pull out your phone or the right timing, you know? It was so much fun!! Crazy I’ve only been here 2 weeks and have already been hired, but I got this gig by a referral from a long time client in Fort Smith, so I just want to say THANK YOU to all who believe in me and recommend me to others! It is truly an honor to do what I do!

Spring mixed greens with heirloom cherry tomato’s, cucumbers, shredded carrot and my fresh lemon vinaigrette.
Beef Bourguignon with garlic mashed potatoes.
And Their granddaughter made a fresh strawberry cheesecake like dessert that I served for dessert!
I used a satellite kitchen at Mountian Harbor Resort and Spa and transported my food onto the boat to finish it up and serve it there. It was so much fun!
