Why hire a wedding planner or day of coordinator? What exactly do you do on wedding day? Is having a wedding planner or coordinator necessary?

Here’s just a glimpse of what I’ll be doing behind the scenes while you’re celebrating your love:

✨ keep your timeline on track
✨ coordinate with and greet your vendors
✨ make sure everything is set up & ready
✨ direct speeches, dances, entrances, & more
✨ handle last minute changes & hiccups
✨ keep the bridal party & family where they need to be
✨ answers all the questions so YOU don’t have to
✨ make sure vendors follow all setup & teardown procedures

Ceremony Details & Tips That Matter Most🤍

✨ Take Your Time ✨
Walk slower than you think is necessary down the aisle. Soak up those moments, take in all your guests, and meet the eyes of your forever person at the end of the aisle.

✨ Practice Makes Perfect ✨
Your wedding planner (that’s me) will make sure everyone knows where to be and what to do at your ceremony rehearsal. I’ll be the one coaching you to walk slow, smile, keep a slight bend in your knees, empty your pockets, and make sure someone has the rings!

✨ Officiant Steps Aside ✨
Make sure your officiant knows to step to the side for your first kiss as husband & wife. This is THE shot, and no photographer wants to spend hours editing people or things out of the background!

✨ Bouquet Etiquette ✨
Bridesmaid bouquets should be at belly button height, and facing the correct way (yes, there’s usually a front and a back). Make sure your planner has also made it clear who’s holding the bride’s flowers during the ceremony, and practiced the pass off before and after!

✨ Aisle Kiss ✨
Do the aisle kiss!!! Take a dip & soak up one more celebratory moment & photo op as the new Mr. And Mrs. These make for some of the sweetest photos, and it’s such a fun moment to let your guests cheer you on one more time down the aisle!

Invest in someone who takes all of this and more into consideration! You don’t want to be stressed or anxious about the fine details on your wedding day - let the professionals handle that! 💐
