Pig Pickin' BBQ had a great time closing out the FoCo Food Truck Rally for the season on Tuesday evening! Thanks to all who came out! Continuing through the week, I'll be at FUSE in Airpark tomorrow (Thursday), and at Maxline Brewing on Friday to ring in the weekend. Then, on Saturday, I'll be at the Wellington Car Show serving breakfast burritos featuring my homemade smoked pork green chili in the morning, transitioning to BBQ and fixin's for lunch! Tomorrow (Tuesday) is the last day for the FoCo Food Truck Rally for the 2026 season! I'll be set up in City Park, ready to serve Eastern NC-style pork and turkey BBQ, pork belly, smoked pork green chili, and hush puppies! I pride myself on keeping things affordable. Come check it out!

Tomorrow (Tuesday) is the day! Pig Pickin' is making our big debut at the FoCo Food Truck Rally! We're a little nervous, but only because we hope that you love Eastern NC-style BBQ as much as we do. There will be the usuals: traditional pork and turkey BBQ, mouth-watering pork belly, tofu for our veggie friends, sides made with love, including hush puppies. Hoping to see some familiar faces and make some new friends!

After taking a short vacation back to North Carolina, I'm excited to be serving you Eastern-NC style BBQ that I can assure you is authentic and as delicious, if not more, than back East!
