NOT ONLY ALL OF THE ABOVE, but this isn’t just about kids any more! It includes college sports- who are ADULT players. Once they can ban certain types of players from sports they will have no issue coming after our partner’s health benefits, our marriages, and our adoptions/family court parenting plans!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Proposition 134 (Initiative 109) - Male and Female Participation in School Sports
Proposition 134 would require all 179 school districts, plus universities and athletic associations statewide, to adopt invasive gender-check policies to determine which teams students can play on based on biological s*x rather than gender identity, from kindergarten through college.
It’s a statewide, one-size-fits-all mandate with no state guidance on how verification should actually work. All students of any age could have to go through whatever gender check process is created just to play sports, not just transgender students, since schools are on the hook for enforcement with no clear rules.
The initiative allows anyone to question whether a young person “looks” like they belong on a team, which could result in harassment and harm.
“If this passes, anybody could demand an inspection on little girls they think are too tall or too strong for sports, and every single parent here today and across Colorado should be horrified by this,” said Jack Teter, Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains
