Bring your THAWED turkey by Monday, November 20th to The Suites at 4880 Ziegler Rd.
and we will brine and smoke your turkey for you to re-heat for your Thanksgiving celebration!
Our brine imparts a mild sage flavor and moisture, then we smoke using a combination of Hickory, Cherry and Peach wood for the perfect complement to your turkey. We will Spatchcock your bird and make a stock of the spines and giblets so you can make your gravy on the big day!

Get your turkey brined and smoked for $20. Pick out your bird, thaw it, and bring it to Mulligans on Monday, November 21st between 12 and 6 pm. Turkeys will be available for pick up from 12-6 on Wednesday the 23rd.
You pick the bird, whatever you fancy, but please make sure it is thawed by that Monday. I also include stock for you to make gravy with since there are no drippings after smoking and reheating instructions.
