My first time ever making snickerdoodle cookies and I loved it so much! These were super fun to make, and very therapeutic in the kitchen. I absolutely loved the cookie rings that I used, I looked it up and it suggested to start popping them out of the rings pretty much as soon as they come out of the oven because then the butter starts to solidify and it's harder to get the cookies out. I did just that and they came out super easily and perfectly. ๏ฟผ

I got an order for a snickerdoodle cookie cake and I was honestly really freaking scared because I've never made a cookie cake before but I feel like it turned out perfect. I was incredibly relieved when I took it out of the springform pan. ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜๏ฟผ I did a ton of research to make sure that I was doing everything correctly. I love a good challenge and it was honestly not too stressful since I read a lot about it, just a teeny bit stressful. ๐Ÿ˜†๏ฟผ ๏ฟผ๏ฟผ

I had so much fun baking and making toffee for this fundraiser that my preschool was putting on today for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. And, an๏ฟผ extra bonus, I got to see all of my favorite little kiddos and amazing teachers when I dropped everything off! I haven't worked at the preschool at all this week but I'm there Tuesday and Thursday next week can't wait to see everybody and my awesome coworkers! ๏ฟผ

I made these last weekend for my friend's celebration of life, and I will be making them again this coming weekend for a friend who is a little bit down on her luck, we are having a fundraiser for her on Sunday at Jan's Lounge. I have been making these for about eight years and I am obsessed with them! They are the perfect blend of sweet and savory without being overly sweet. They are very satisfying!

My dear friend Janette Maureen had a tragic car fire last week and we are all getting together to support her! Come out to Jan's on Sunday for a fundraiser to help her out!

There will be a delicious spaghetti dinner and Kerry's Creations will have baked goods, homemade self care products and a raffle set up with fun prizes to win! 100% of my baked goods sales go straight to Janette and 50% of my self care products will go to her. Raffle tickets are $2.00/each or a block of 25 tickets for $30.00. You do not need to be present to win. 100% of raffle ticket sales will also go to Janette.
