I lost a good friend yesterday. He was a super nice guy. He always came and helped me when I did home cooks,,,,,,,without being asked. He would just show up. I thought about what I could possibly do to maybe help the family out just a bit. So I decided to do what I do best.
I think they will like this, at least I hope so. I know they are devastated right now. Frank was 41 years old. Way too young. I cant imagine loosing a child.
If you pray, please say a prayer for the Townsell family. They need all they can get rite now.

I wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone that came by today and picked up food. I really appreciate the support and I hope everyone enjoys the food they got. It was great seeing everyone.

We had an awesome time yesterday at our first competition. We got a 1st place in brisket. Im pretty proud of that.
We also met some awesome people and made some new friends.
I want to thank Royce Renfro for hosting the event. Awesome job brother.
Id also like to thank my good friend Jeff Campbell I couldn't have done it without you buddy. Jeff worked his tail off all day. His wife Chellye Littrell Campbell got there just in time to keep us "focused". 😁 thank you.
I cant wait to do it again.

From time to time im going to be looking for feedback from everyone here. After all, yall are who ill be cooking for so i wanna hear your opinions.
Today's subject, Ribs.
First, what cut of ribs do you prefer? Babybacks, st Louis, or spare ribs?
Second, do you like them literally falling off the bone tender? Or do you prefer them firmer and not pulling off the bone easily when eating?
Third, do you prefer your ribs sauced or not?
