Here is our schedule for the Month of October!

You can find us doing 3 FREE events at the Gloria Coles Flint Public Library starting tomorrow at 2 pm with a Sound Bath.

We have many of our beloved Breathwork and Meditation sessions at the Library over the next 3 months as well!

Every one of our events is intentionally designed to help support your mental and emotional health, calm your nervous system, connect to the deeper parts of yourself, and cultivate a community that operates with love and reciprocity.

We are excited to continue to share what we do with the community here in Flint!

A space to slow down, reconnect, and remember — surrounded by jungle and the Caribbean Sea.

We’ll move through teachings around each of the elements, somatic practices and sacred temezcal ceremonies, guided for three FULL days by Mayan wisdom keepers who have carried this lineage for generations.

This is not another women’s retreat held by American women on someone else’s sacred land where there’s plenty of yoga and only one session with a local healer.

This is access to a path, a community, a way of life that most people never receive an invitation to walk.

But I’ve walked this path of service and learning and humility for years..and alongside these wise wisdom keepers, I went through many initiations and transformed my own life.

I built trust and connection with them.

They became my family.

And now, I get to invite you to receive these same blessings, to welcome you into the family.

I’ve walked through the fire so that you may walk your own path with much more ease.

I know how much this experience will change your life.

I know because of how it changed mine.

This isn’t just a trip to Tulum,
This is an invitation to make the journey back home to yourself.

This is an invitation to sit in deep, sacred ancient wisdom and to remember that you were never separate from it🌹
