It's been a while!!! Just came up with something new that will hopefully be delightful. Texas sheetcake cupcakes (Devils food + coffee) with cinnamon chocolate frosting... I'll let you know how it turns out. ;)

Introducing the tastiest little cupcake to date! Lukas was born Tuesday morning at 7:07 AM, weighing in at 8 lb 3 oz and 20" long. If anybody needs some cupcakes, he and I party all night long right now and I could use something productive to do to keep me from falling over with exhaustion!

S'mores cupcakes... From a box... This weekend I shall try making them from scratch to see if I was right in that I can make them 10x better than Betty Crocker! I will admit, they were tasty... Even if milk chocolate isn't my thing.

So my oldest son wanted s'mores for his birthday dinner... Like over a campfire s'mores. Obviously he's getting cupcakes, BUT... I totally bought the Hershey's brand box kit. Y'all... YALL... Don't waste your money on the box kit!!! I'm pregnant and wanted something simple. This kit was so simple it made me wanna shoot myself in the foot for not improvising and making these babies from scratch!!! I'll post the final product pics tonight, HOWEVER, if they're a hit? I'll be making a BIG batch from scratch for his pool party this weekend and let HIM make the candid review of which were better, Hershey's or Mommy's.

Thanks to the baby diabeetus, I've been slacking on making random batches. However, I will be in the baking spirit over the next few weeks (My baby shower on the 29th, my MIL's birthday/4th of July celebration, and then my son's 7th birthday.) SO if you want me to throw an extra batch in the oven, just make up your own celebration and we'll do this!

Pumped Up Cakes is expecting!! I'm due July 31st (meaning sometime in August with my track record) so all orders from this point out will be by request only! $20 a batch, you request it, I'll make it. Should I have a baby shower, you're ALL invited. And you best believe I'll be making my own cupcakes. :)
