Today, a renowned physician Dr James Dail came by the food truck today and educated us on the importance of what we feed our bodies to improve our health. Dr Dail is not on any Medications and does not have any medical complications. Since we are basically the healthiest choice for Filipino food in Fayetteville, because we specifically don’t use MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) in any of our recipes, he chooses Pots Pilipino Catering always. Chef Sarah has figured out the formula to come as close to the MSG taste as possible. Further, Dr Dail is running 80 miles for his upcoming birthday and it will be covered by all major news stations. Below is a link from his 70 mile run that was also broadcasted over the air several years ago!

Everyone can rest assure that we do not use MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) in any of our recipes. We do understand that it would add a major boost in the flavor for that extra Umami, but some are sensitive to the this chemical and we want to make sure we are equal across the board. However, I tried my best to make sure that our food taste like it does.
