Meditation Monday is a weekly group meditation practice, open to all, starting at 8 AM each Monday morning. No experience or equipment required; feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or cushion, for your comfort. If you are new to meditation and can only meditate for a few minutes or have never been able to meditate at all, that is absolutely okay, we are all at different places in our journey, just be prepared to sit for up to 30 minutes so as not to disturb other attendees. We will begin the practice with an intention for the day and brief instructions. Additionally, more in-depth instructions are available as a separate class. A $10 suggested donation is appreciated to help support the work we are doing together.
