Since 1999 when I became a Certified Wedding Planner through Weddings Beautiful Worldwide, weddings have been my passion. I love sharing my 26 years of hands-on experience and knowledge with college students eager to explore this exciting career. Others are entering the hospitality industry in various roles instead of focusing solely on wedding planning.
As an infertility patient who couldn’t mentor my own children, creating this internship program has provided me with a meaningful way to give back and channel my energy into supporting others.
I wrote this guide to help other wedding planners whom have never had an intern so you know how to get started and put it together, what tasks to delegate to free up your plate. I’ve figured out what works and doesn’t work so you don’t have to.
