Hello! Thanks to our awesome community, we have been super busy here! Because of that, I wanted to share updated info on using the hall.

😊😊😊

The weekends have been filling up extremely fast, so if you are thinking about booking-please reach out early to secure your date! I really hate having to turn anyone away.

〰️The rental fee for a typical gathering is still $50 an hour (per length of your event) set up and tear down is included.

〰️I have all white linen table cloths that can be included for an upcharge.

〰️We have round or rectangular tables - but I am beginning to gravitate towards only using the round for seating and rectangular for food/etc. It’s just a hassle for me to switch back and forth-especially if parties within the same weekend want completely different set ups 😅 but I will work with you if you absolutely have a vision that includes rectangular tables!

〰️I still try to be extra accommodating and easy to work with, so don’t be afraid to ask me for what you want! I have loved doing this so far and it’s because of all of you! So THANK YOU.

〰️When renting, if you are going to want any kids games, corn hole, etc. please let me know ahead of time so I can have that set up for you.

〰️Reminder that we do have a coffee pot, refrigerator, etc. for you to use. (We are working on getting a sink out there, stay tuned!)

Spring is finalllyyy coming and we are excited to work on some new updates but be patient with the mud in the meantime 🙃

And finally, I wanted to share that we did just have a cancellation for ❗️March 15 ❗️so if anyone needs a last minute party rental, let me know!

We are SO EXCITED to hold the wine fest here this year! Anyone that is not local and needs tickets, please let me know and I can get them for you!

Event is for ages 21+ must have proper ID.

You can purchase tickets for WineFest VI at two locations in Coalport, Josie's Restaurant and Leyo's Supermarket Coalport. Tickets are available at the Glendale High School office as well as from any Glendale Education Foundation Board Member.

Wineries and distilleries available for sipping and sampling, and for take-home only purchases. Specialty vendors adding a wide variety of items for your purchase as well!

Support the Foundation which assists with funding for special programs, literacy projects, teacher grants for learning enhancement, scholarships, positive behavior programming, elementary vending machine book availability, and so much more!

Happy Thanksgiving 🦃

We hope everyone has a safe and blessed holiday. It is our favorite time of year here, especially with so much to be thankful for.

And what a great way to kick off the week. We had our son’s Thanksgiving pageant that left everyone’s hearts so full and today a family will host their own Thanksgiving dinner here.

Once we closed on this building, we first had to get an outdoor furnace to help us with the cost of heating. Next was getting the new roof on. Then we had to tackle a huge water issue in the side yard. Below are some before and after pictures of that mess 😅 our final fix was a pond, which is now full of frogs that keeps the kids entertained for hours! (Did I mention we also cut down over 15 trees so far)

We are very thankful for the rain we’ve recently gotten that FINALLY helped our grass start to grow. Praying next year it comes in even better 🤞
