Don’t feel bad if you even need to take things second by second. Whatever helps you, helps you!

And remember - healing is NOT linear, and neither is growth. We can have good and bad days without it affecting our progress. Never let a bad day stop you!

It is never too late to make a switch, or to pick up a new hobby, or to quit a habit you’ve had for decades. Everyday is an opportunity for positive growth. Small steps in the right direction are huge steps toward self love and self acceptance ❤️
