ALBUQUERQUE, NM: Wrapping up a very productive week of discussions at the Public Libraries Survey (PLS) State Data Coordinators (SDCs) Annual Meeting. We had representatives from 48 States and 4 U.S. Territories participate in a variety of plenary sessions and concurrent working groups...including a series of FAQ-A-Thons! CMP's Matt Burdetsky recently returned from the UK after implementing a pharma meeting at the De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor. He also had an opportunity to visit with Andre Dixon and Eva Dixon with VergeMagazine in London. A short but productive trip to work with amazing people across the pond. We had a wonderful site visit with Ella Savon at Melrose Georgetown Hotel. The Melrose is a beautiful boutique hotel located between Foggy Bottom and Georgetown. The guest rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the décor features original artwork. A perfect property for small to medium size meetings. CMP was thrilled to support and implement the 2018 EXIM Bank Annual Conference that took place April 19-20, 2018 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. The conference featured a series of dynamic panels, interactive breakout sessions, exhibits, and several networking events.
