The long days, warm evenings, vibrant blooms, and golden sunset light create the perfect backdrop for celebrating love. From outdoor ceremonies under blue skies to dancing beneath twinkling lights, summer weddings have a way of feeling effortless, romantic, and full of joy.

One of my favorite moments at any summer wedding is golden hour—that brief window before sunset when everything glows. The light is soft, the temperature starts to cool, and couples often get some of their most breathtaking photos of the entire day!

From a quiet, emotional first look on the iconic red steps to a ceremony officiated by family, every part of their wedding at Valley of the Eagles Golf Club felt deeply personal and intentional.
