💍Congratulations to Amy & Tom on their I Do's. The night was beautiful at Creekstone Farms Weddings & Events, and it was an evening to remember! Here's the menu:
🍸Cocktail hour:
🥐Brie & fig en croute- puff pastry cups with fig jam and brie
🦐Colossal shrimp cocktail
🍄🟫French onion stuffed mushrooms topped with gruyere
🍖A grazing spread that includes a variety of meats, all sorts of cheeses, fresh fruit, veggies, pickles, nuts, and crackers, chips, and dips!
Dinner:
🥗A lovely salad bar with plenty of toppings and dressing options
🍞A wide variety of breads on the bread display with plenty of kerrygold butter to go around as well as locally sourced olive oil and vinegars from The 1000 Islands Cruet
🥔Garlic butter mashed red skin potatoes
Maple brown sugar glazed roasted vegetables
🍝Penne a la vodka with garlic parmesan marinated chicken
🥩And the star of the show, beautiful beef tenderloin, garlic and herb crusted, served with au jus, horseradish sauce, and chimichurri
