At Ohana Ranch, we believe every celebration marks the beginning of a new chapter — much like the life that begins each spring in our working cattle barn.

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful To***co Valley, Ohana Ranch offers a truly authentic Montana setting for weddings, family reunions, and special gatherings. Our rustic barn, surrounded by 70 acres of breathtaking scenery and endless mountain views, creates an unforgettable backdrop where memories are made.

After hosting our first wedding in July, we are excited to officially open our event space for bookings beginning May 2026 through October 2027.

🐄 The Barn

Our rustic cattle barn transforms into a warm and inviting event space while still honoring its agricultural roots.

Features include:

Full power access

Refrigerator

Industrial-size cooler

Chest freezer for food storage

Rustic lighting with bistro lights draped from exposed beams

Additional bistro lighting inside event tent

Planned floor update (gravel or concrete) Spring 2026

Your rental includes:

200 white Titan Pro resin folding chairs (1,000 lb capacity)

Seating accommodations for up to 160 guests

25 Titan Pro 6’ x 30” resin rectangle tables

40’ x 21’ event tent with:

window walls

clear ceiling for weather coverage

24’ x 24’ maple dance floor

On-site parking with ample space

🌄 Ceremony & Photography

Ohana Ranch offers 70 acres of ceremony and photography locations, featuring sweeping views of the famous To***co Valley mountain ranges.

Popular photography areas include:

Open pastures and mountain backdrops

Rustic barn features

Home living room and deck swing (photo access permitted)

Ceremony placement is coordinated with current cattle grazing areas to ensure safety and accessibility.

🏡 Bridal Preparation & Home Access

The basement of the home may be rented for bridal preparation and event use.

Please note:

The home is not available for overnight wedding party lodging.

Photography inside the home is welcome.

⛺ Camping & Lodging

Dry camping is included with your rental.

Space available for tents and campers.

Bridal party or close family may stay on-site Friday–Sunday.

No camping hookups available.

Restroom access is limited.

🕒 Access & Rental Timeline

3-Night Rental Access

Example:

Barn access begins: 8:00 AM Friday

Check-out: 12:00 PM Sunday

(Weekday events also include three full days of access.)

📋 Venue Requirements
Event Liability Insurance

All clients must carry event liability insurance. Proof of coverage is required prior to the event.

Bar Service

A licensed SafeServe bartender must be contracted for any alcohol service.

Restrooms

Renters are required to provide portable toilet facilities for guests to protect the home and property.

🌙 Quiet Hours

Barn closes at 11:30 PM

No loud music or gatherings allowed in home or camping areas after closure.

We kindly ask guests to respect the peace and serenity of the ranch and neighboring properties.

🧹 Clean-Up

General clean-up is the responsibility of the renter.

A checklist can be provided upon request to ensure the property is left in the condition it was found.
