Thank you to EVERYONE who helped me get here. I could not have done any of this on my own or without the support of family, friends, professional networks, clients, and so many more who believed in me and this company.

Thank you to my head chef, Jeff Ixcoy, and lead coordinator, Abby Morgan, who see the vision of what this company could be and work tirelessly to bring it to life.

Thank you to Liz who saw the potential, however rough, and taught and blessed me with this opportunity.

Thank you to the Most High who has provided every step of the way, been my strength when I’ve had none, my peace during chaos, and my hope in trials.

Salad of the Week:

Mixed greens with a basil balsamic vinaigrette, topped with red cabbage, shredded carrots, chickpeas, julienned roasted beets, (crimini mushrooms, usually), and croutons.

Have you heard the saying, “Eat a rainbow every day”? This may not be a bag of skittles, but it is so much better than that.

Appetizer of the Week:

Berry salsa with chèvre and a balsamic reduction, all conveniently tucked into a crispy phyllo cup for snacking convenience.

This is light, summery and what you want when you’re at an event on a rare, sunny Humboldt day (or if you just really like good flavor).

Entree of the Week:

Chimichurri Chicken

Grilled and marinated chicken thighs are covered in chimichurri sauce, a lovely blend of parsley, cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, and a few red pepper flakes.

If you’ve never had it, the best way to describe is is Mexican pesto. It’s typically served with red meats, like Tri tip, but we’ve slightly tweaked ours to best suit chicken.

Salad of the Week:

Introducing our newest salad- arugula, shaved fennel, Bosc pears, with a citrus mint vinaigrette.

The acid in the vinaigrette cuts through the sharpness of arugula, leaving only the good pepper flavor. This combines with the mint, fresh fennel, and chèvre to create a refreshing salad that surprises the most ardent arugula haters.

Crostini with beef tenderloin, tarragon aioli, and radish microgreens

A huge thank you to Freshwater Family Farms for supplying the microgreens. They are the perfect addition for this hors d’oeuvres.

Dessert of the Week:

Vanilla Crème Brûlée

Y’all know this one. Creamy custard finished with sugar that’s then torched into a hard caramel top, creating the perfect *crack* when you tap your spoon. It’s a classic.
