Emme loved our pink coquette theme, but wanted to make it a little more her with pops of purple 💕💜

So we took the bows, pearls, soft pinks, and girly details she loved and mixed in lavender throughout the setup. One of my favorite parts of creating these parties is taking a theme and personalizing it around the birthday girl.

The result: a sweet, cozy sleepover that felt completely Emme.

✨ Happy 9th birthday, Emme! 🎀

A sleepover can be a few sleeping bags on the floor.

Or it can be the moment your child walks into the room and says, “WAIT… this is for ME?!”

That’s the part I love creating. For me, a great sleepover isn’t about cramming as much décor into a room as possible. It’s about choosing the right details so the whole setup feels cohesive, personal and a little bit magical.

The colors.
The cozy bedding.
The tiny details at each spot.
And, most importantly, making it feel like their party.

Because years from now, they probably won’t remember every pillow or decoration. But they just might remember the night they stayed up way too late laughing with their best friends. 💕

The most pulled-together DIY parties don’t start in a shopping cart. They start with a clear plan.

When every purchase is guided by one visual direction, your party feels intentional, not randomly pieced together.

Pink Pony First Rodeo
Blush pink, warm wood, cow print, and playful pony details create the sweetest celebration for a little buckaroo.

Popstar Star Sleepover
Lavender, silver, shimmer, and cozy details come together for a sleepover worthy of the spotlight.

Coastal Chic Sleepover & Spa
Soft ocean blues, pearl white, and natural textures create a celebration that feels calm, elevated, and effortlessly coastal.

Vibrant Fiesta
Bold color, glowing lanterns, playful patterns, and joyful details bring this lively party vision together.

Mediterranean Bridal Shower
Cobalt blue, bougainvillea pink, natural linen, and playful disco details create a romantic celebration with coastal energy.

A mood board is more than a collection of pretty pictures. It becomes the guide for every color, decoration, rental, and finishing touch.

Your custom DIY Party Design Blueprint gives you the creative direction to confidently shop, style, and bring your celebration to life.

You keep the fun, hands-on part. I’ll help you skip the overwhelm and second-guessing.

Planning Harlowe’s 1st Rodeo has been such a fun collaboration with her mom 🤎🎀

As we started brainstorming toddler-friendly activities to fit the theme, I realized it would be so helpful to bring the ideas to life visually. I used AI to create this mood board so she could better picture the concepts I was imagining and describing, and I love how it helped us start shaping the overall feel of the party.

From adopt-a-pony and a horse corral game to cowgirl hats, bandanas, and a sweet little play zone, it’s all coming together with the soft pink western vibe we were hoping for.

When you’re planning a custom party, sometimes seeing the vision is what makes everything click ✨
