Love like this is beautiful. I’ve known Cory and Grace for about ten years. It was an honor and a blessing to be able to photograph their engagement session. The childlike joy that they have together is so neat, and I think it really shines through in their photos.

Event shoots usually involve some staged group shots as well. I am especially fond of this slide of portraits from a birthday party I photographed the other week. This was SUCH a fun group to capture.

Some of my favorite things to photograph are events. I love capturing people in a candid way while they’re simply living. I feel like I can really capture their beauty and emotions in these natural settings. This event was a surprise birthday party. These shots were during the set up and arrival of the birthday girl.
