2022 in the rearview mirror !

First off thank you for hiring Hanny’s Homestyle Catering for your event!

2022 started off in February with a Large Wedding to get me in my groove. The season continued on steady with multiple weddings almost every month. I did business luncheons, milestone Birthdays (60th 80th and 99!) Anniversary Celebrations, Christmas Parties and memorials!

I would like to thank my people for all the support you have given me!

My dad for his genius business advice, the use of his website and his Business to build mine!

My mother for her Mad Shopping Skills and advice .

My Sister for all her positivity and encouragement.

My Brother for putting up with my shenanigans and Smoking all those Bbq Hogs, Briskets, Pork Butts and supplying me with the best meats in the PNW !

Bing My Chicken Grillin Beast!

Backdoor Dave For sneaking in at the right time to pick up a knife and slice meat with Joe for 350 people! Always there to help!

Chef Ky for a direct line to give me the best advice anyone in this business could ask for!

My Daughters for jumping at the drop of a hat to bail me out, put on an apron and show the world what their momma taught them!

Nicoles marketing and Chalkboard art! Impeccable proof reading skills

Heathers Cupcakes and Midnight Snap Chats to keep my mind calmed down!

Jacki for calling me 20 times a day to make sure I am ok , Lending me a Vehicle in the Peak of Catering season because my tr**ny went out!

My Granddaughter Gracey for trying her hand at catering to help out her Grandma!
She was very good at it although I am not sure how much she enjoyed it!

Theresa for recipes (just kidding she cant cook ) for being a listener and planning my summer and fall breaks in 2022!

Heidi for manning the ranch and handling the crazy dogs on catering days!

Mike and Valerie for always being there! Sharing Joe on his weekends lol They bailed me out last minute dropped what they were doing and raced to puyallup cause I panicked and felt I needed more hands ! (Valeries first food service job she nailed it )

Chrissy my BIGGEST cheerleader ! My #1 Call when I need an assistant ! Advice! Or to talk me off the ledge! You are the best !

Joseph the list is too long !
This man works his 40 hour week, takes care of me, the Animals, the maintenance on this place , “And then” load my truck unload my truck, Bbq meats, Boil noodles, Boil potatoes then put on a Hanny’s Apron and hold my hand through the events. Bus the tables.
He is so good at it that I have to explain to people that he is my husband not my employee he has a “real job” OMG This world needs more Joes in it!

Moral of the story is yes its ……
Hanny’s Homestyle Catering but it takes way more than Hanny to get this job done!
I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH !

2023 Calendar is already filling up so if you think you may have an event this year, at least pencil in the date with me asap!
