Hi! I’m Savannah, and I’m 1 part Pinnacle & Pine.
For the past say 10 years I’ve been a wedding photographer, and while every year wasn’t big or consistent, it didn’t mean I wasn’t learning. 7 years ago I learned the most, I learned how to honestly document. I learned that your wedding day should be shot exactly how it looks.
While some weddings are full of big parties, others are more quiet. While some are well lit others come with harsh highlights or dark shadows. Each and every location is different and brings new challenges. But experience has taught me exactly how to deal with the challenges. But for me it’s always going to be so important that I document exactly how your day looks and how it felt.
I want you to look at your photos and remember what the sun felt like that day, if that church library was freezing or making your makeup run. Did grandmas kitchen smell like baked goods or a brisket? Did you, laugh and cry, do you remember how you felt in that moment they announced you as husband and wife?
My goal isn’t to worry about if your light is perfect, but if I captured how it felt.
Every weddings deserves to be documented authentically. That’s our promise to our clients.
