💥💥TODAY’S the DAY💥💥

We have a lot of big stuff left and no reasonable offer will be refused! We have wooden chairs, the play fort, the sitting chairs, filing cabinets, shelves, toys, books, retail displays, antiques, decor, some retail stock and all sorts of other things that need a new home ASAP!

I’m really ready to put this chapter behind me and do not want to have to get a storage unit, PLEASE come shop my stuff!

We will only have one more shopping day after today on 6/7 from 10-1 before I start moving things to a storage unit so I can start repairing, painting, and cleaning and getting this wonderful space ready for its next life!

Plus I’m going to setup the metal and other projects that I’ve been working on, I’d love if you came with me into this next move! No more brick and mortar, just more time with my kids, and more being creative.

It’s been a while friends!

Our lease is up July 14th, but the new building owner is actively seeking tenants. Please reach out to Kelly Nettesheim-Odling for any viewings.

I believe she’s asking $1600 for the downstairs and $1500 for the upstairs. Don’t hold me to it and I’m unsure of deposit and utility information. If you want to move in before my lease is up, I will do my best to get it cleaned out, cleaned up, and painted as fast as I can.

With all that being said, we are getting to the point where I just need things gone. I will be at the studio 5/23 from 10am to 1pm for cash and carry.

The Loft’s last event is 5/31. We will be working on clearing out that inventory too after that, so I’m thinking we’ll post up again 6/7 from 10am to 1pm again for cash and carry. Not everything upstairs is for sale.

We still have a ton of stuff downstairs and in the basement. Please spread the word if you know of any that needs office supplies, craft supplies, toys, cleaning supplies, fixtures, furniture, antiques, etc! We’ve got it all!

I suck at taking pictures and this thing smelled so good, I couldn’t wait to eat it!

I stopped at Madrez Cafe-Elkhorn’s new location The Counter right off of the square and oh my gosh!!

Not only is this K.T. Bagel the freshest, most yummy thing I’ve had for breakfast on the go, but the Rollin’ Sweet drink is equally as delicious!

Little side note: the owners have become like family! My oldest has worked for them pretty much since they opened and they’ve strongly supported our business the entire time! Take a look at the wood and metal signs, business cards, and whatever other ideas they’ve thrown our way! Super appreciate local supporting local!

So, go give them a try! You won’t regret it!

Hey friends!

I’ve been putting this off for a while, but it’s time. The Loft will officially be closing on May 31st.

This space has meant so much to me and to so many of you. We’ve had birthdays, celebrations, sessions, late nights, and so many memories made here and I’m so grateful for every single one of you who supported it.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but it’s what I need to do for my family and our future. I know it’s the right move, even if it’s a tough one.

I also want to say, Erin from Artistique Photography is still doing her thing and will continue creating beautiful work beyond The Loft. This space may be closing, but she absolutely isn’t going anywhere!

With all that being said, I want to make the most of these last couple months!

Great news!!!! We are extending our Valentine's Day set ups (see last post for all the sets) through Snowball! Book at www.theloftwi.com and have endless possibilities for photos with your group! Stay and enjoy snacks and drinks (we have a full kitchen with large countertops and plenty of seating) or just come up for photos and head to the dance. We will have the heart floral arches and Valentine's sets as well as other seating like in the video we just posted. We even have a great outdoor patio with beautiful brick that you could use like this great group of kids last year! Don't freeze with outdoor pictures! Be comfortable and be our guest!
