We ❤️ the Yachtsman Steakhouse and it has officially reopened as of Friday, August 28, 2026, following a 15-week refurbishment. This signature New England-style restaurant returned 7thwith a cleaner, refreshed interior and brand-new additions to the dinner menu.

🥩 One addition to the menu that I am placing on my "next trip list" excited is the 10-oz American Wagyu New York Strip Steak served alongside a loaded baked potato and a rich brandy-peppercorn sauce. 😋

Returning Favorites -- The restaurant's signature oak-fired steaks, beloved pull-apart onion rolls with roasted garlic spread, creamy Lobster Bisque, and the Yachtsman Signature Chocolate Cake remain anchoring staples of the menu.

Be sure to make your Advance Dining Reservation (ADR) for the Yachtsman Steakhouse before your next Walt Disney World trip!!
